About MSA

The MSA UNR chapter is a part of the MSA-USA and Canada. It is an association of Muslim students at UNR which was first established in the year 1995 and it has been re established in year 2002.

There is an organization in Reno Nevada that sponsors local events to increase awareness of the Muslim community and the potential of interfaith and multicultural dialogues. Check it out at

They are sponsoring the Whirling Dervishes of Rumi at the Pioneer Center April 12.

I checked this site and there are many interesting events and links that this site provide. I particularly found interesting the links for exploring faith and the discussion about the Islam. While I am not limiting myself to just Muslim Arabs, I find that most of the information and references are about Muslims and ignore the Christian Arabs that live in the USA.
